Sub-zero process is a special treatment to increase the durability of the blade by cooling it to negative 94 degrees Fahrenheit / 70 degrees celsius

We work together with machines. Where the work is too detailed for a machine our skilled craftsman finish the details.

CNC Control

Polish Machine

Polishing the blade / blade edges. This is done in the final step and is performed while controlling numeric data on the computer.
